NOTE: Repair and maintenance made necessary by the use of any ink that is not expressly certified and approved by Roland DGA Corporation is not covered by the Roland DGA Standard Warranty or the Extended Service Contract. Other items not covered under this program include cap tops, sponges, filters, wiper scraper, cutting protection strips, pinch rollers, blades (sheet cut and standard), blade holder, ink, cleaning solutions and media. Q: What’s new about S‑PG2 vs. S‑PG inks?
A: Higher white density, improved laydown and stability, faster drying—better adhesion and wash durability; firmware/RIP updates add auto white layer generation in VersaWorks 7.
Q: Does BY‑20 support automated roll‑to‑roll shaker/dryers?
A: Yes—BY‑20 integrates with popular shaker/heater units but only shaker/dryers sold by Roland DGA are officially supported.
Q: Which materials can I transfer to?
A: Cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends, denim, nylon, rayon—both light and dark garments (no weeding required).
Q: I don't see ink online for sale. How can I buy?
A: Roland DGA will sell ink only to customers who buy the device directly from Roland DGA. After purchase, please allow a couple business days and you will see ink online when logged into your account.
