All purchases made through this website are subject to these Purchasing Terms & Conditions. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms, which may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

Orders are not considered accepted until payment is received and the order has been confirmed by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, pricing or typographical errors, or suspected fraud.

Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout based on the shipping address. Customers are responsible for any local, state, or federal taxes not collected at the time of sale.

Costs: Shipping costs and estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout. All delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.  In the event of a return, original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Delivery for Freight Orders: Items weighing over 150 lbs will ship via FedEx Freight. Freight deliveries are made curbside only; the carrier’s driver is not responsible for inside delivery. The recipient is solely responsible for moving the shipment into their facility.

Shipping Limitations: Roland DGA does not ship to freight forwarders.

Hardware: Purchases of hardware items such as printers, vinyl cutters, and similar equipment are not eligible for return unless approved in writing by Roland DGA and accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  Unauthorized returns to Roland DGA will be refused.

Accessories: Unused accessories may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery with prior written approval from Roland DGA.  Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original purchase price, where applicable.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within fifteen (15) business days following receipt, inspection and approval of returned item(s).  Applicable restocking fees and other authorized deductions may apply.
